Code Completion 4 Challenges

Complete the Git commands: Git Version, Help, and Configuration

Create a disposable repository named `git-config-practice`. Verify the Git version, obtain command help, configure a repository-local practice identity, and prove that the values can be read back from local configuration. Do not change global Git configuration. Success means the repository exists, the version command reports a Git version, help commands execute, both local identity values can be read back, and the configuration listing identifies the repository configuration source. The exercise does not require any commit.
